Former Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader Rachel Wray has turned into a ferocious MMA fighter. She ditched the pom poms and chose to wear boxing gloves on her fists.
“Last year, I was a Chiefs cheerleader. I have been a cheerleader or dancer my whole life and I moved here from Arkansas to cheer for the Kansas City Chiefs. I started working out at Title Boxing Club with some of the girls for an alternative workout. I really enjoyed it and started taking private lessons after a little while. One day, I came in and they wanted me to spar. I was nervous about someone actually punching me in the face, but I did it,” she told KCMMA.com, according to this report.
Things didn’t go smooth at the start. The ex-NFL cheerleader turned MMA fighter even thought she was horrible for the sport, but Rachel practiced harder and won her matches.

These days, the destinction between a man and a woman is thin. Many ladies now govern states and nations while scores head companies. Women also excel in sports.
